We did this not only to make our customers more comfortable, but also because the wall colors help us to perform top notch, accurate cuts. These colors make it easier to see the fine hair lines on a wide range of coat colors so that we can achieve our quality goals. Although we can't guarantee a perfect experience absolutely every time due to unpredictable pet reactions to various treatments, we hope that you will measure us on how we handle any issues that may arise. We love our pet guests and would feel just as bad as you do if they are unhappy. So please let us know if anything out of the ordinary occurs so that we can note it in our records for next time.
